Jodi Juskie

Jodi Juskie is senior vice president and chief people officer at Keysight Technologies. In this role, she leads Keysight’s people-first approach across human resources and workplace solutions. She is passionate about promoting an environment where the right talent, strong culture, and organizational agility can come together to fuel innovation and long-term success.
Most recently, she served as vice president, assistant general counsel, and assistant secretary at Keysight, providing legal support across the company’s global operations. Her responsibilities focused on managing complex legal risk, leading legal due diligence and structuring for mergers and acquisitions, supporting operational contracts and compliance, and advising cross-functional teams on regulatory and transactional matters to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
With more than 30 years at Keysight and its predecessors—Agilent and Hewlett-Packard—Jodi has held a variety of legal roles covering employment, benefits, and environmental health and safety.
She began her career as an employment attorney in Colorado. Her early work as outside counsel for Hewlett-Packard sparked a lasting connection to the company.
Jodi holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in political science from Illinois State University, as well as a JD from the University of Colorado.
