Devaki Chandramouli
Bell Labs Fellow and Head of North American Standardization, Nokia
Devaki Chandramouli is a Bell Labs Fellow and Head of North American Standardization at Nokia. She co-chairs the Next G Alliance Steering Group and leads the 5G system architecture specification for the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP). Devaki also is the rapporteur for 3GPP work on industrial 5G, vertical_LAN (Rel-16), IIoT (Rel-17), and TRS_URLLC (Rel-18). A senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Devaki has authored articles on 5G and published/co-edited LTE for Public Safety (Wiley, 2015) and 5G for the Connected World (Wiley, 2019). She holds her B.E. degree from the University of Madras, India, an M.S. degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and over 95 patents in wireless communications.
