About E5071C Windows 7
- The E5071C with Windows 7 has the serial prefix of MY465 to MY466 or SG465 to SG466.
- The E5071C shipped from Feb End to March End may or may not arrive with Windows 7 depending upon ship date. Any E5071C shipped after April 1st 2014 will arrive with Windows 7.
- There are no plans to ever migrate to Windows 8.

About E5071C Windows 10
- The E5071C with Windows 10 has the serial prefix of MY467 or SG467.
Note: There are no plans to upgrade to Windows 11.
E5080B ENA Vector Network Analyzer and P50xxB Streamline Series VNA are the recommended replacement for E5071C.

1 For customers who cannot move the original SSD/HDD from their secured area, a spare SSD/HDD provides a way for the E5071C to be calibrated outside the secured area. The E5071C unit can be calibrated with the spare SSD/HDD and then the unit can be sent back into the secured area and the original SSD/HDD put back into the unit.
