The Keysight i7090 (Q3000A) combines in-circuit testing (ICT), functional testing (FCT), in-system programming (ISP), and boundary scan in one scalable platform. Designed for high-mix, high-volume production, it lets manufacturers configure test resources for panelized boards or boards with higher pin counts. Key features include:
- Scalable Parallel ICT: Configure up to 20 test cores to test multiple PCBAs at once, or combine cores for boards with higher pin counts.
- FCT Integration: Use OpenTAP and PXI instruments to add functional measurements to the test flow.
- Parallel ISP: Support up to 160 simultaneous flashing channels to help reduce programming time.
