Silicon Foundry PDKs
These Silicon Foundry process design kits (PDKs) contain device libraries for simulation and layout; verification rules for Design Rule Check (DRC), Layout vs. Schematic (LVS); process technology data; and others foundry specific attributes for the design of Silicon RFICs in PathWave Advanced Design System (ADS).
Using these PDKs within the ADS design environment accesses its proven circuit, EM, thermal, RF system, statistical simulation; and unique module level multi-technology physical design/verification capabilities to ensure first-pass successful silicon.
