M902x PXIe System Module Firmware
When upgrading, do not install this version unless at least one previous version is already installed. Skipping versions during the update may cause the product to fail to power up after installation. Please review all version descriptions and documentation carefully before proceeding. Mixing driver, firmware, or hardware revisions may result in errors.
Note: It is important to install M902x PXIe System Module Driver version 1.1.5.1 or later before running firmware upgrade. DO NOT run firmware upgrade until you have M902x PXIe System Module Driver version 1.1.5.1 or later installed.

- Click on the download button and save the file
How to Install
- Download the firmware.
- Download and install the driver M902x PXIe System Module Driver (version 1.1.5.1 or later is required)
- Run the tool with administrator right: C:\Program Files (x86)\Keysight\M902x PXIe SM\Tools\EepromUpdate
- In the tool interface, select the target device and click the “Browse” button to locate the firmware downloaded in Step 1.
- Click “Update” button to begin the firmware installation.
- Once update complete, click “Validate” button to confirm successful installation.
- Power cycle both PC and chassis to finalize the update.
