Keysight N15004A Coaxial probe method software enables to measure the dielectric characterization of your liquid or semi-solids materials conveniently and easily with the combination of the N1501A dielectric probe. No other special fixtures or containers is required. Measurements are non-destructive and can be made in real time. The measurement frequency range is from 200 MHz up to 50 GHz when using on a network analyzer. When using with E4991B impedance analyzer, the frequency range is 10 MHz to 3 GHz. The N15004A is fully compatible with the N1500A option 004 Coaxial probe software.
