These files contain the 2.03 OP SYS for the 16500B and are dated 09/18/94. (Note: These are DOS files. DO NOT use the lifutil to copy.)

All files on these 4 disks should be copied into the SYSTEM directory on the 16500B hard disk drive.

Note that a 16555D module in a 16500B requires OS version 3.10 or higher.

Note that a 16555A module in a 16500B requires different 16500B OS versions depending on the part number of the programmable device on the 16555A module:

  • Programmable device part number 16555-80001 on a 16555A module in a 16500B requires OS version 2.xx.
  • Programmable device part number 16555-80002 or higher on a 16555A module in a 16500B requires OS version 3.00 or higher.
Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
