Introducing PathWave Model Builder 2023 Update 1.0
PathWave Model Builder 2023 Update 1.0 is the next major update release of PathWave Model Builder, a complete modeling solution that integrates SPICE simulation, model parameter extraction, and model library generation.
Support for New Model Version
PathWave Model Builder 2023 Update 1.0 supports new model types and versions: New model support: BSIM-BULK 107.1.0, BSIM-IMG 102.9.6, HiSIM_HV 2.5, PSP 103.8, Diode_CMC 2.0.0.

New Functions in IMV Pages
PathWave Model Builder 2023 Update 1.0 also implements various new functions in IMV Pages, including weight setting and new error calculation functions, enabling import plots from IMV and DP directly and a new dynamic number for the task in the auto-extraction flow. These new implementations will help users to improve their working efficacy and model quality.
Support for Switching G_Select/T_Select
PathWave MBP 2023 Update 1.0 now supports switching G_Select/T_Select in the main GUI for the device selector.
