i7090 In-Circuit Test Software release 01.20p Release Notes
This version supports VAM+ card, which can extend test capability which support Zener test up to 25V and both support voltage & current source diode test, voltage measurement up to -25 to +25V. A new BOM parser application is included. In addition, this version added a background monitor to check i7090 software and hardware connection.
Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.

How to Install
- Uninstall the previous version i7090 Software from Control panel
- Copy installer into local drive
- Double click Autorun.exe
- Once installer completed and reboot PC
