如何下載

  • Click on the Download button
  • Select Run
  • Files will be extracted to your hard drive
  • Installation manager will start automatically

Note: If you do not need a free trial, stop here.

  • For free trial:
  • Locate the Host ID from the PC/Instrument on which you installed the software,
  • Select Start > (All) Programs > [Keysight] or [Keysight License Manager] > Keysight License Manager
  • Select Request Free Trial License (below), complete the contact information, provide the host ID and submit the form
