Using built-in pulse modulators, the P50xxA VNA is a complete pulsed-RF measurement solution, eliminating the need for external test sets and pulse generators. The pulsed-RF measurement software controls external pulse generators and modulators and also synchronizes to external master pulses.

  • Integrated pulse application using the wideband-detection method
  • Point-in-pulse measurements with pulse widths as narrow as 1 us
  • Pulse-profile measurements with 40 ns minimum timing resolution
