Run the downloaded installer with Administrator privileges.
In order for the Command Expert installer to install third-party addons, the supported third-party software like Python, Visual Studio and NI LabVIEW have to be installed prior to installing Command Expert.
To allow the Command Expert installer to recognize your Python installation, ensure to install Python "For all Users" and "Add Python 3.x to Path". See here for Python installer documentation.
