The S96010B time domain analysis software application allows you to measure the time domain response of a device. Running on the ENA-X or ENA vector network analyzer (VNA), the S96010B software application transforms frequency domain data into the time domain, or time domain data into the frequency domain.

The transform used by the VNA resembles time domain reflectometry (TDR) measurements. The VNA makes swept frequency response measurements, and mathematically transforms the data into a time domain reflectometer-like display.
