The N9029BV signal analyzer frequency extension modules offer full waveguide band coverage and are available from WR28 (26 to 40 GHz) to WR1.0 (750 to 1100 GHz). The N9029BV are the Spectrum Analyzer Extension Mini modules (WRxxSAX-M) from VDI Inc. that have been designed to work directly with the UXA, PXA, MXA and EXA signal analyzers. The N9029BV extends the high performance attributes of the Keysight X-Series signal analyzer into millimeter frequencies. For block down- and up-conversion, the modules can be driven by an LO signal generator that meets the input frequency and power requirements.
