N5290A Network Analyzer Millimeter-wave System

The Keysight N5290A PNA millimeter wave system is a network analyzer solution that utilizes both the PNA and PNA-X platforms as the measurement engine. N5290A test system comes fully configured with hardware and options to enable broadband S-parameter measurements. Additional measurement application software can be added to the basic configurations.

Designed specifically for the N5290A test system, the versatile software applications facilitate the execution of sophisticated measurements in the millimeter wave frequency range. The network analyzer software tools enable users to explore, define, and resolve issues in a wide range of measurement scenarios.

This is the Install Note for the N5290/1A is a 2-port or 4-port vector network analyzer system (N5290/1A) with an extremely wide frequency range of 900 Hz to 110 GHz or 900 Hz to 120 GHz (N5291A). The N5290/1A uses the same 1.0 mm test port connections throughout its entire range of test frequencies. It is never necessary to make and break connections to complete a test.
