The N5262BW12 is a frequency extender module supplied by VDI to perform measurements with a vector network analyzer in 60 to 90 GHz (E-band). It can be used with a PNA or PNA-X with an N5292A test set controller or directly connected with a 4-port PNA/PNA-X. It can also be connected with a 4-port Streamline VNA or PXI-VNA with an N5252APXI Test Set.

Extended Frequency Coverage applies; module performance within the standard band conforms to standard specifications while performance in the extended regions can be degraded as follows:

The minimum and typical dynamic range is degraded by 10dB or less, compared to the specification for the standard band.
The test port power typical across the extended band is degraded by 5dB or less compared to the specification for the standard band.
