N15006A Parallel plate/inductance method software enables you to evaluate permittivity and permeability characteristics of a thin sheet of materials with E4990A impedance analyzer and E4980 LCR meter.

Keysight N15006A Parallel plate/inductance method software enables to evaluate the permittivity characteristics of a thin film/plate material under test (MUT) with E4990A Impedance analyzer or E4980 series LCR meters. An external PC is necessary to use with E4980 series LCR meters. The 16451B Dielectric Test Fixture was designed for use with these impedance analyzer and LCR meters. The parallel plate method is so called the three terminals method in ASTM standard D150. The measurement frequency range is up to 120 MHz according to the product and option. The N15006A is fully compatible with the N1500A option 006 Parallel plate / inductance software.
