N9040B UXA Signal Analyzer Instrument Firmware
Please Note:
- Essential software with new features and functions like SCPI command and Pre-Load function is included on Keysight benchtop X-Series analyzers (UXA/PXA/MXA/EXA/CXA), PXE/MXE analyzers, NFA-B Noise Figure analyzers, and PXI VXT Transceivers as free of charge for XA2024 (XA36) or above firmware release. (Those features and functions need the N9060ES1E license with valid date version for firmware from XA33 to XA35).
- Instruments running the Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system – Refer to both the Current Version and Previous Versions tabs below.
- Instruments running the Windows 7 operating system - Refer to Previous Versions tabs below. A.25.08 is the latest fully supported version.
- There is no need to recalibrate when new instrument software is installed.
- Firmware A.36.0x is the last installer for benchtop X-series analyzers N90x0B including both traditional and multi-touch GUI X-apps in the same installer.
Firmware A.37.0x or above will only support multi-touch GUI X-apps program inside the installer for benchtop X-series analyzers N90x0B. (Traditional GUI X-apps are NOT included and software licenses of traditional GUI X-Apps are NOT recognized.)
Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
