Sheet Metal Forming (PAM-STAMP)
Keysight Sheet Metal Forming (PAM-STAMP) can simulate a very wide range of sheet metal forming process, from initial process feasibility runs, to springback and die compensation. The product supports multistage operations, the usage of advanced materials (e.g., UHSS, aluminum, titanium), and cold, warm and hot forming processes. Engineers use them to predict key formability issues, like thinning, wrinkling, and fracture in complex geometries. Keysight Sheet Metal Forming is focusing on all industries such as aerospace, defense, electronics, whitegood and automotive, providing detailed process validation for flexible alternative sheet metal forming processes, like hydroforming, tubebending, flex forming, superplastic forming, deepdrawing. The solution offers a very flexible graphical environmnet and openness to the solver, helping you to boost innovation. The objective of the solution is to reduce tooling iterations, improve final part quality, and ensure manufacturability and is essential for lightweighting and precision forming across different applications.
