Burn-in test systems from LXinstruments use a multiplexer architecture that allows individual DUT’s to be switched between common power supplies. The system uses the Keysight 34959A breadboard module for the Keysight 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measurement Unit to provides 8 channels of power supply multiplexing within one 34980A module slot. The result is lower cost and greater efficiency allowing you to optimize your burn-in procedures and maximize the reliability of your products.
