Infiniium 8000 Series, 80000 Series, 5485x Series, and 5483x Series Oscilloscope Software
This software is designed to run only on the Keysight Infiniium 8000 Series, 80000 Series, 5485x Series, and 5483x Series oscilloscope acquisition system.
Once you have downloaded the software:
- Uninstall previous versions of Infiniium: From the Windows® XP system Control Panel, double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon. Left-click the Keysight Infiniium Oscilloscope software and choose Remove.
- Install the application: Select Start, Run..., (Downloaded File Location) SetupInfiniium05710000.exe, OK. The system will require a reboot to complete the installation.
- Start the application: Once installed, the Keysight Infiniium Oscilloscope application will execute immediately on system startup. The Infiniium icon on your desktop will also launch the application if it has been closed.
Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
