Device Modeling MBP 2025 Update 1.0 is the next major update of MBP, a complete modeling solution that integrates SPICE simulation, model parameter extraction, and model library generation.
Device Modeling MBP 2025 Update 1.0 supports new model versions BSIM-BULK 107.2.0 and HiSIM_HV 2.5.1.
Device Modeling MBP 2025 Update 1.0 also implements new functions, such as IF/ELSE support in the Lib parser, OMI support with an external simulator, and various new enhancements in MBP usability, including enabling delta value in parameter tuning, supporting quick-access directory, and supporting the zoomed-in region RMS display, etc. These new implementations will help users improve their working efficacy and model quality.
