Keysight Instrument Control Bundle Download (no longer up to date)
This instrument control bundle of software is no longer up to date and will not be updated anymore. It is provided here for legacy support only. Please use the individual software download pages, linked below, to get the very latest versions of IO Libraries Suite, Command Expert and BenchVue.
All the installers below can go through their installation processes without internet connectivity including the BenchVue installers if you select the "Offline" version.
The download bundle includes:
- IO Libraries Suite: for discovering and connecting instruments. www.keysight.com/find/iosuite
- Command Expert: for building instrument control applications. www.keysight.com/find/commandexpert
- BenchVue Platform: for viewing and capturing instrument data with no programming.

Support for Windows 11 added for IO Libraries Suite, Command Expert and BenchVue classic and PathWave BenchVue applications.
Updated .NET Framework requirement in Command Expert 2023 from version 3.5 to version 4.5.2
Internet connectivity is required for the BenchVue Complete Control Collection (CCC) installer included in this download as it is a web-based installer.
Visit the BenchVue Complete Control Collection (CCC) download page to obtain the 4.8 GB offline installer or use the Keysight Instrument Control Bundle DVD (.iso).

Licensing
- In general: No cost, Perpetual, Floating (unlimited copies) license (no activation required)
- Advanced features in BenchVue Classic applications and PathWave BenchVue applications have additional licensing requirements. Refer to each application's documentation and download page.

The latest BenchVue platform versions are supported only on Windows 10 and thus the supported OS's are listed to be only Windows 10 eventhough IO Libraries Suite 2022 U2 and Command Expert 2022 are supported on Windows 8 and Windows 7.
.NET 3.5 Framework is no longer required for IO Libraries Suite 2022 but Command Expert 2022 does still require it.
The included BenchVue 2022.1 Installation Wizard requires internet connectivity to download its prerequsites, the platfrom and various application installers.

BenchVue 2020 Platform is supported only on Windows 10 and thus the supported OS's are listed to be only Windows 10 eventhough IO Libraries Suite 2020 and Command Expert 2019 are supported on Windows 8 and Windows 7.
.NET 3.5 Framework is required for IO Libraries Suite 2020 so it is best to install it on Windows 10 that are connected to internet and are allowed to install the .NET 3.5 Framework feature.
BenchVue application installer .exe's need to be downloaded from each application's Software and Firmware tab.
