- Download the Firmware Update file at this page and save to a known location.
- Click Start > All Programs > Keysight Firmware Update Utility.
- Refer Firmware Update Utility Instructions at the bottom of this page to proceed
- The update may take several seconds to complete and will reboot the instrument. After the update is complete, exit the utility.
- Note: There is no need to re-calibrate when this new firmware is installed.
