Foundry Partners - Wavetek
Founded in October 2010 and located in Taiwan Hsinchu Science Park, Wavetek Microelectronics Corporation (WTK) is a member of UMC's Group and is established as a 6-inch pure play compound semiconductor (GaAs, GaN, InP) foundry. It is equipped with the most advanced III-V manufacturing tools and has developed industry leading technologies. WTK offers high-performance and high-quality GaAs Monolithic Microwave ICs (MMICs) and Radio-frequency ICs (RFICs) for commercial communication applications, as well as GaAs- and InP-based opto-electronics (ex. PIN Diodes, VCSELs, OEICs) for OFC & consumer applications.
