Highlights
The F9860060A Wireless Sensing Modeling Tool enables accurate integrated sensing and communications (ISAC) channel modeling by combining sensing target effects and background propagation characteristics within a unified simulation environment. Based on the 3GPP TR 38.901 Release 19 modeling framework, it extends standard channel modeling capabilities to support micro-Doppler effects and a wider range of sensing target types.
The F9860060A allows users to configure target trajectories, orientations, and radar cross-section (RCS) patterns to create realistic sensing scenarios, while preserving full communication channel fidelity, including multipath propagation, Doppler effects, and beamforming. The tool accelerates the development and validation of 5G-Advanced and 6G ISAC use cases by enabling early-stage design evaluation and facilitating a seamless transition from simulation to hardware emulation for comprehensive system testing.
