Introducing Model Builder Program (MBP) 2026 Update 1.0
MBP 2026 Update 1.0 introduces powerful capabilities to accelerate model development, improve optimization accuracy, and streamline workflow automation. Highlights include enhanced Machine Learning Toolkits with new auto-extraction flows for BSIM-BULK, PSP, and VBIC models, expanded optimization options. A new SRAM solution enables simultaneous IV and SRAM characteristic simulation with support for both DP and IV data, delivering more comprehensive modeling targets. Additional usability improvements include an enhanced Parameter Panel for easier model inspection and a new Parameter Detail Panel for parameter tuning. New BSIM-BULK 107.2.1 is supported, and Python APIs, Python Plugins and MBP Script functions are also enhanced.
