Ensuring mission success for electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) grows increasingly difficult due to the crowded RF environment. Several decades ago, an electronic warfare (EW) system primarily had to contend with other military systems. Today’s spectrum environment contains a growing range of commercial, industrial, military, and government wireless technologies operating across many frequency ranges.
