Introduction
The trend in DDR memory technology today is towards higher data rates and lower voltage levels. As speeds increase, the validation effort increases dramatically. vendors will function when they are used together. Failures in signal integrity are closely correlated to other failures, including marginal timing relationships, protocol violations, clock integrity issues and errors from other buses.
