This video introduces Keysight Modular Digitizers, engineered to provide high‑precision, scalable digitization for automated test systems. Available in both AXIe and PXIe platforms, these digitizers offer fast sampling rates and wide bandwidths in a compact form factor, making them ideal for complex test environments in aerospace and defense, communications, and semiconductor testing.

 

Keysight AXIe digitizers enable full‑rate, gapless streaming of raw or digitally down‑converted samples into DSP systems, AWG devices, or custom hardware. With up to 12.5 GHz bandwidth at 32 GSa/s, 2 GB of acquisition memory, and up to four channels in a compact 2U module, they support dense, high‑throughput data‑acquisition systems.

 

Keysight PXIe digitizers offer flexible, high-density configurations with easy‑to‑use programming libraries, real‑time sequencing, and FPGA programmability to support custom processing algorithms. With 2 GHz of bandwidth per channel, 2 to 8 channels, 16‑bit resolution, and sampling rates up to 4.8 GSa/s, they are ideal for quantum computing and aerospace applications.
