The Keysight N5992MM6E Receiver Debug Tool for MIPI M-PHY® 6 maximizes the value of your Keysight M8040A and M8050A BERT platforms by enabling easy generation of signal sequences for testing and debugging M-PHY® v6.0 receiver designs. Through an intuitive user interface users can define M-PHY data sequences and test patterns, control all timing and amplitude parameters defined by the MIPI M-PHY® v6.0 specification and generate UniPro Frames according to the MIPI UniPro® 3.0 specification.
- Generate custom M-PHY packet sequences and NRZ test patterns up to HS-GEAR5 (around 23.5 Gbps) and PWM (4.5 Mbps).
- Generate custom M-PHY packet sequences and PAM4 test pattern HS-GEAR6 (around 47 Gbps).
- Specify and control for both NRZ and PAM4 HS timing parameters (PREPARE, STALL, ADAPT).
- Specify and control LS timing parameters.
- Specify and control HS differential and common-mode voltage amplitude parameters.
