Updating firmware on an HP/Keysight probe consists of the following steps:

  1. Download the correct version of the prgflash utility. Prgflash Utility
  2. Click the link for your emulation probe below, and download the firmware files.
  3. Change the mode of prgflash to executable.
  4. Execute the prgflash utility:
    prgflash.exe -v <.cfg file>
    For example:
    prgflash.exe -v 130.29.124.34 e3453
