ダウンロード方法

  • Installing instrument software into an S9115A is similar to installing software on a Microsoft Windows based PC.
  • Download the software file onto the instrument (if it is connected to the network)
  • OR
  • Download to your PC
  • Transfer the file to the S9115A using a USB storage device (greater than 3 Gbytes)

インストール方法

Install the software in this order:
  • First: S91xxA exe file
  • Second: Keysight_Drivers_Setup exe file

Note: If all drivers are preinstalled and versions meet requirement, there is no need to install Keysight_Drivers_Setup exe file. Instructions are provided in installation window of S91xxA exe installer.
