Symptom: When doing software update from Network Analyzer Instrument Manager on an XP SP2 PC that has the firewall turned on , update never get past "Update Requested"

Solution: Download and run the IMFirewall.vbs below from that PC

Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
