The Keysight 5DX 8.317 software patch contains changes to the 5DX software which corrects several critical issues with Production Test mode surface mapping, alignment and self test along with several fixes to how Algorithm Tuner responds to critical software failures. The software patch only contains several files which replace several files only with in the 8.31 software release. This patch is not a complete 5DX installation and will not work on any other revision of 5DX software. This can be installed on to a TDW but is not needed.

- Download and install the 5DX 8.317 patch to the 5DX.
