N7742C and N7743C Optical Power Meters

With the new N7742C and N7743C, Keysight extends the functionality of the popular N774-C optical power meter family. These new instruments offer models for wider wavelength range, higher power levels, analog feedback and finer granularity of port count, while keeping the speed and logging performance of the well established N7744C and N7745C.

Optical Power Meter Head Special Calibration

Keysight offers a number of optical power measurement solutions that use the 816xA/B family of optical mainframes as host to a number of modules. The most versatile and accurate optical power meters are interface modules coupled with optical heads. The calibration of Keysight's 81623B, 81624B, and 81626B optical heads is described in Production, as is the special calibration that can be ordered. This special calibration (a calibration certificate is attached to the module) is carried out by the factory's Metrology Laboratory in Deutschy. Special recalibrations can be performed for those optical heads that were originally ordered with the special calibration.

Extended Analog Output for Optical Power Meters
