PathWave ADS bundle for RF module physical design and module level verification (DRC, LVS, LVL) for error free assembly of multi-technology modules that combines RFIC, MMIC, laminate, wafer level package, bond wires, solder balls, printed antennas, PC board and RF connectors. SmartMount and 3D avoidance routing ensures one-pass correct mount orientations (flip, top, bottom, recessed) and 3D interconnections. RFPro EM simulators (Momentum and FEM) and the included linear circuit simulator can then be used to interactively perform EM-circuit cosimulation on any selected portion of the assembled multi-technology module with no layout modifications or cookie-cutting to ensure minimum performance degradation for achieving design wins.
