- Up to 2.5 GHz of modulation bandwidth
- High dynamic range adjacent channel leakage ratio (ACLR) and error vector magnitude (EVM)
- Fully calibrated and integrated control with the M9484C VXG vector signal generator
- Reduce path loss and bring metrology grade accuracy directly to your device under test (DUT)
