Jeffrey Li
Senior Vice President
General Counsel and Secretary
Jeffrey Li is senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Keysight Technologies. As general counsel, he leads Keysight's legal, compliance, and customer contracts functions and serves as secretary to Keysight's Board of Directors.
Previously, Jeffrey served as vice president, assistant general counsel, and assistant secretary of Keysight. Before Keysight’s separation from Agilent in 2014, he served as its senior counsel and managed the legal aspects of the spin-off.
Jeffrey’s additional leadership roles include vice president and general counsel at Openwave Systems, a formerly publicly traded software service provider for the communications industry. He also practiced corporate security and tax law at the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy from Amherst College, a JD from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and an LLM in tax law from Golden Gate University.
