High-Performance Autoranging Power Modules, N6700 Power System
Highlights
Increase Test Flexibility
Keysight high-performance modules increase test flexibility with autoranging outputs, providing higher current at more voltages. Autoranging outputs provide the greatest flexibility to keep up with changes to test requirements. Lower noise and higher accuracy are ideal for precise testing. Eliminate the need for an external multimeter with an accuracy of 0.06%. Fast up and down programming allows for quick testing, up to 50 times faster than a conventional power supply.
- Programmable output voltages: 0 to 60 V
- Output power: 50 to 500 W
- Voltage accuracy: 0.06% + 19 mV (50V Output)
- Ripple and noise 4.5 mVpp (50V Output)
- Up and down-programming with resistive load typically 1.5 ms
- Overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection
- 50 and 100 W modules are single wide allowing four per mainframe
- Modules can operate at lower output power to stay within mainframe output rating
- Modules include a quick disconnect connector
