This programs controls the 87XXET/ES in order to retrieve its measurement data and display it in a VEE data display. This program allows you to modify the frequency span of your 87XXET/ES. For that, just select the span ratio (20%, 40%, 60%, 80% or 100%, etc) and run the program. You can also set the measurement type (S11 or S21), get the instrument start/stop frequencies, the number of points and transfer the display data from the 87XXET/ES to your PC and display them.
If you have installed VEE, you can open the sample program by double-clicking on it or by using VEE's File > Open or File > Open Example menu items. To utilize VEE's Instrument Manager's "Load Sample" capabilities with the sample program, copy the sample program and the .xml file (with the same name as the VEE sample program) into the following directory:
