If you are a supported customer and your date-based license version is less than 2018.04, please contact the Keysight EDA Business Support Center for an updated license file. If you are supported and have a numeric license version (i.e. 3.2), login to the Keysight Software Manager to obtain your updated licenses before installation. - Genesys 2012.01 has a companion Genesys 2012.01 SP1 service pack.
- Genesys 2012.01 SP1 Service Pack must be installed on top of an existing Genesys 2012.01 installation and uses the same license and language pack as the Genesys 2012.01 release.
- New licenses are required for the Genesys 2012.01 release, but not required for the SP1 service pack. Select the “New Release License Request” to obtain your updated licenses before installation.

Genesys 2009.04 SP1 service pack replaces Genesys 2009.04 completely. DO NOT install Genesys 2009.04 SP1 over existing Genesys 2009.04. Uninstall Genesys 2009.04 if it is currently installed. Install Genesys 2009.04 SP1. Current customers may need a new USB key
