IntuiLink for 34970A Data Acquisition Control Mainframe

The IntuiLink software for 34970A is scheduled to be discontinued on February 1, 2009.

The free software available on this web page differs from the BenchLink Data Logger by enabling the 34970A to log data directly into Excel 97 or later and it can be used to control multiple 34970As. You can connect your PC to the 34970A by using a GPIB card installed on your PC, or a USB port and a 82357A USB to GPIB converter - An ideal solution for data logging to a desktop or portable PC. For remote applications consider using a LAN connection and a E5810A LAN to GPIB gateway.

It is important to note that this program does NOT support RS232.

The Keysight 34970A IntuiLink for Excel adds a toolbar to Excel, allowing you to configure one or more 34970A and log data while in Excel! The 34970A Mainframe will need to be loaded with a 34901A or 34902A multiplexer. Data is transferred from the 34970A to the PC after each scan list is complete. You can monitor each channel list individually to assist in troubleshooting and measurements.

Since each 34970A has its own DMM and control circuitry, multiple 34970A's may be used to perform data logging simultaneously for higher channel count and high throughput applications. With ten 34970A's, 480 channels of measurement can be performed in less than 1 second.
