E1300B: What is the difference between "Peak" and "Dynamic" current in a VXI mainframe?

VXI mainframe "Peak" current is the rated DC current. VXI mainframe "Dynamic" current is the value of AC current at 10 khz that will cause 100 mV peak to peak variation on the supply.
