Why does "National Instruments" appear as the manufacturer of the U2000 Series USB Power Sensors in the Device Properties?

In the Device Properties, "National Instruments" will appear as the manufacturer of the U2000 Series USB Power Sensors if the Keysight IO Libraries is not installed. This is because the U2000 Series USB sensors can still work with National Instruments' LabVIEW environment even without the Keysight IO Libraries installed.
