Yes, 12 Vdc capability is available for the ESA Series L1500A Spectrum Analyzer. A 12Vdc Cable Kit, p/n E4411AU A5D, provides the means to connect to an external 12Vdc battery or source. Instruments with serial number prefixes prior to US3745 require a Power Supply Upgrade Kit, E4411AU option R12, for dc operation. The installation of the upgrade kit can be done either by an Keysight service center or Keysight-qualified customer.

The 34397A 12 Vdc to 115 VAC inverter is also available as an alternative 12Vdc solution.
