What Information Should I Collect From FlexDCA Before Asking Keysight For Help?
Keysight’s support team has a much better chance of troubleshooting issues if certain details are known. Therefore Keysight is asking to email the following files:
- If the issue seems to be a hardware failure: “FlexDcaSupport.zip” (click on Help, About FlexDCA, then the Save Support Info button will create his file on the Windows Desktop.
- In all other cases: “DocumentationResults_<date>.zip” (click on File, Documentation Wizard, select everything and then save the file)
These files, together with a problem description, usually allow Keysight to identify the problem and/or recommend next steps.
