Can I download the drivers for the Keysight GPIB interfaces?

You need to install Keysight IO Libraries into your PC before configuring the GPIB interface. You can download them from the IO Libraries Archive

For every individual instrument, Keysight hardware I/O product (including Keysight GPIB cards and Keysight I/O converters), and development copy of Keysight T&M Toolkit or Keysight VEE Pro that you have a valid license from Keysight to use, Keysight grants you one non-exclusive license of the IO Libraries Suite software at no charge.

Note: Unlike general PC interface products, you need to install Keysight IO Libraries into your PC before connecting the GPIB interface. If you connect the interface without installing IO Libraries, the interface might not be recognized by PC.
