When utilizing the N2276B to drive microwave switches, what are appropriate options for the switches?

The N2276B is a microwave switch and attenuator driver card for use in the 3499A or 3499C. The N2276B is shipped without switches for use in custom configurations.

The recommended Keysight multiport switches for use with the N2276B are:

87104A (SP4T, DC - 4.0 GHz)
87104B (SP4T, DC - 20.0 GHz)
87104C (SP4T, DC - 26.5 GHz)*
87106A (SP6T, DC - 4.0 GHz)
87106B (SP6T, DC - 20.0 GHz)*
87106C (SP6T, DC - 26.5 GHz)

*Customers intending to use the N2276B with either the 87104B or the 87106B may want to consider the N2276A. The N2276A is an N2276B pre-configured with two 87106Bs (option 206) or pre-configured with two 87104Bs (option 204).

In order to ensure compatibility between the N2276B and the 8710xA/B/C switches, the 8710xA/B/C switches must have the following options:

Option 024 : +24 Vdc coil voltage (standard)
Option 161 : 16 pin DIP connector (standard)

Inter-connection between the N2276B front panel and the 8710xA/B/C switches is via a 16-pin dip to 16-pin dip cable assembly. The cable assembly is Keysight part number N2276A_61001. Two of these 1.5-meter cable assemblies are included with the N2276B.

The N2276A and N2276B can also drive up to two 8490xK/L series attenuators.
